The following tiebreakers will be used to determine the rankings of teams in each group:

- Goal difference
- Goals scored
- Head-to-head record
- Fair play record
Who Qualifies for Euro 2024?
Two teams - the group winners and runners-up - will qualify automatically from each of the 10 qualifying groups. The remaining three places will be determined through play-offs.
